A waterborne, 100% acrylic penetrating surface sealer and chalk binder designed for all types of masonry substrates. When applied properly, this product will provide a sound foundation for acrylic house paints and elastomeric waterproofing finishes. It may be applied to existing coatings showing a moderate degree of surface chalking or to new masonry surfaces with a pH up to 13.
